W H O L E S A L E FAQ'S
Q: How do I place a wholesale order?
A: There are a few simple options for placing a wholesale order with us.
You can place an order directly through our site on Faire by clicking the "Shop wholesale prices" button above. It's free to use, and allows for direct checkout.
Another option is to email us a list of the items you're interested in, with specific quantities and colors. This is how we've done things traditionally, and we will follow up swiftly with your invoice and expected timeline.
Q: How do I find the prices for wholesale?
A: You can find our wholesale prices on Faire or email us with any questions directly about pricing. Wholesale prices are typically half of retail prices.
Q: Is there an order minimum?
A: There is a $150 order minimum.
We want to keep our handmade goods as accessible as possible. You must have a brick-and-mortar, or established online boutique to be approved. Third party resale (Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc) is strictly prohibited.
Q: How do I know what will sell best in my shop?
A: We are here to help curate best-sellers for your unique space. We've been doing this long enough now to know which pieces sell best, and as a general rule we only carry our best-sellers. We're happy to make recommendations, so please don't hesitate to reach out and ask!
A good option: We can curate your first or subsequent orders for you. Simply provide a total number of herbalist bandanas, stickers, etc. you'd like and we'll put together an even mix of best-selling colors and styles for maximum success.
Since we dye bandanas in small batches, this is a good way to sample what's on hand and ready-to-ship.
Q: Do you offer free samples for display?
A: If you need a display sample, please let us know with your order.
We offer one display sample for each style at the cost to us. We are too small of a company to offer free samples, but will work with you to make sure you have everything you need.
Q: How do I pay for my wholesale order?
A: If you're using Faire you can checkout directly through the site. Faire even offers Net30 terms depending on your Faire account and terms.
If ordering by email, we will send you an invoice as soon as we receive your order and have updated you on turnaround time. You'll have secure credit card and bank transfer options via Quickbooks to pay for your wholesale order.
We ship the moment your payment is received and goods are completed on our end.
Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
A: We work diligently to keep everything stocked up and ready to ship. Most orders ship within 1-2 weeks of payment received, but since every order is different, we stay as transparent as possible to keep you in the loop. Some pieces are made to order, which can push turnaround time closer to 2 weeks. Some orders that don't include made-to-order items can ship in less than 1 week.
As small-batch makers, on occasion, turnaround time can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for hand-dyed pieces IF we fully run out of our stock on hand.
We will update you with a specific turnaround time for your order as soon as we receive your wish list.
***If you ever need your order on a shorter turnaround time, please don't hesitate to reach out to us about your timeline. We will do everything to prioritize a rush order without charge if we have your items on hand and ready to ship.
