We are happy to help with your return or exchange.
As a small business we work diligently to represent our offerings accurately and of the highest quality.
Please read carefully, and thanks so much for your support.

Send an email to Lorrin@wanderite.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Please include what you would like instead if exchanging.

Unworn and unwashed garments / accessories are accepted for return within 7 days of your received shipment.

Exchanges must be received within 14 days of your received shipment.

We will provide the return address via email. 

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages, but will work with you to help in whatever way we can if this unfortunate scenario unfolds. If you would like to insure your package, please let us know right away so we can send another invoice for the insurance cost.

Washed or worn garments can not be exchanged or refunded unless there is an error in manufacturing.  

Sale items are final sale. We can not offer refunds for these pieces. Exchanges will be honored only if there is a sizing issue and we have the next size in stock.

Customer assumes return shipping costs.

Apothecary goods are final sale. 

We use eco-friendly packaging and encourage the reuse of our packaging in the case of a return.
